The German Pizza was a wonderful surprise Full of great toppings and so much flavor I ate way more than I normally do. The Long Island tea was one of the best Long Island teas that I've ever had. A great place to enjoy our 42nd Anniversary.
Love eating there and loved working there when pregnant with oldest daughter. In 97/98. Daughters fathers family has worked there & good friends with the owner; the family even has a few dishes named after them. Pam's tostada. Tammy pizza(?) Jennifer pizza(?).
I love their Mexican Pizza and you will NEVER find a better salsa than at Charlie’s! You can buy it separately and whenever I come thru town I always buy a LOT! (Sometimes I even bring my own GALLON jug! And, it freezes pretty well too! (Just NEVER double dip, always poor the amount you are going to eat in a separate container). My entire family can barely eat any other salsa now, and enjoy it! From Oregon, Montana, Florida, Italy, Washington, and Arizona!!! We even tried to freeze some and fly it to Germany for my brother! We all miss “Honchos” salsa and their Mexican Pizza because most of us do not live here anymore! My mom is so happy to have moved back home to Madras, we are too, so we can visit mom and go to Charlie’s!!!

Mike's pretty amazing w Stacy by his side the place is amazing. yummy food. so good n always a smile. so good and Mike's kids are amazing too. stop in and try the Mexican or bbq chicken pizza. mmmmmmm Totally family. Owners son is my favorite person. My kid I call him. He's like my best friend n person n just a great family. You'll love Charlie's pizza n the ppl who work n come in to eat. It's a must! Order me ican pizza. It's amazing. Like no other....

Dinner at Charlie's is one of those AMAZING experiences in Madras - just as waking up to the beautiful view of the Cascade range. For those of us born & raised in Madras - were lucky enough to remember the days when Charlie himself would come out of the kitchen & spread his special kindness & joy to all his customers in the dining area. A tradition his family, especially son Mike, still carry on today! My ultimate favorite is a Mexican Pizza - available ONLY at Charlie's Pizza!
Great local gem with super friendly staff open 11am to 11pm during the eclipse happenings. Amazingly good Mexican pizza. Offers pizza, Mexican, and American food. Small but decent salad bar. Also has a bar. The German pizza is also supposed to be great.
Good food and very friendly staff! I’ve lived in Central Oregon a long time and unfortunately have not visited this place until now! Their food is good, the Mexican gravy they make is quite tasty as a topping for a burrito, and my waitress was incredibly friendly! I definitely recommend for anyone living in the area or just passing through to try it out.
